Eddie and Jenn Davis
Pastor
For nearly 15 years, Eddie Davis has faithfully served as pastor of BNC, sharing life and ministry with his wife, Jenn, and their four sons—Asa, Phineas, Noble, and Ben. Together, Eddie and Jenn have a heart for reaching young people and have led the Eastern Sierra Young Life ministry for almost two decades.
Jenn also serves as the director of the Come to Life Co-Op School, where Eddie supports the mission as a member of the school’s board. Whether through local ministry, missionary work, or everyday relationships, they have spent many years helping people grow in their walk with Jesus.
The Davis family is passionate about seeing lives transformed by Christ and looks forward to many more years of serving God and the BNC church family together.

Laurence Blocker Jr.
Technology - Deacon
Laurence has been part of the Bishop Nazarene family since 2017. He and his wife, Ashley—married since 2010—are raising their four wonderful daughters: Jemma, Teagan, Arie, and Lael.
By day, Laurence serves the Bishop community by working with students who face learning challenges in the local school system. After coming to a crossroads in his faith journey, he found a home and a community to walk with at Bishop Nazarene.
Today, Laurence gives back by serving faithfully as both a spiritual leader and the church’s go-to I.T. guy, using his gifts to strengthen the church and help the ministry run smoothly and stay connected.

Hal Cluff
Outreach - Deacon
Harold “Hal” Cluff is an elder at Bishop Nazarene Church and has been part of the BNC family for nearly 50 years. Alongside his wife, Barbara, he founded YWAM Bishop in 1991, creating a place to train and disciple youth in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
After moving to Bishop, Hal became a licensed realtor and purchased Cardinal Village Resort, which became a hub for camps, retreats, and ministry. Over the years, he led a variety of ministries locally and internationally, including youth camps, pastors’ retreats, and outreach trips.
Today, Hal continues to serve as a spiritual leader and mentor at BNC, encouraging the church family to live with a global vision and a heart for missions.

Bob Harvey
Steward
Bob Harvey serves as a dedicated steward at Bishop Nazarene Church, caring for and overseeing the church’s property and facilities. He and his wife, Sonia, are raising their family in the valley, though their children are now grown and living on their own.
By day, Bob works for the Department of Water and Power (DWP), where his commitment and strong work ethic reflect his desire to honor God in all areas of life. At BNC, Bob’s hands-on service ensures that the church’s spaces are well maintained, safe, and welcoming for all who gather.

Billy Schock
Steward
Billy Schock is a dedicated steward at Bishop Nazarene Church, helping care for the church’s property and facilities. Originally from Florida, he moved to Bishop to work with Hal at Cardinal Village and has been part of the BNC family for over five years.
Billy works closely behind the scenes, handling tile and maintenance projects to ensure the church remains a welcoming and well-kept space. He and his wife, Ally, are building their life together here, investing in the church community and serving faithfully in practical ways.

Chris Beadle
Operations Director / Finance
Chris Beadle serves as the Church Operations Director at Bishop Nazarene Church, overseeing the day-to-day mission of the church from the front office. He also teaches 7th and 8th grade students at the Co-Op and serves as the church treasurer, helping manage its financial health.
Chris and his wife, Sydney, were married in 2024 and have been happily serving the church family together ever since, bringing energy, dedication, and a heart for Christ to every area of ministry.
